Guest Instructor: Justin Moves and "Dancing with the Floor"
Dancing with the floor is a 10 minute workout offered by guest presenter Justin
In this session you will focus on building strength in the arms and wrists as well as learning to use the floor as part of your routine. Justin offers clear, simple and safe training sessions, and I'm hoping will be a frequent contributor to these workouts going forward.
Justin has had 18 years of experience in the fitness industry with a variety of programs, including Yoga, Tai Chi, and traditional fitness. "Flow and Play", he believes, are important aspects of having a well-rounded vocabulary of movement. They are also, says Justin, ways to find self-expression through movement practice.
“Flow Fitness” is based on achieving autonomy through flowing sequences and exercises. When done practically and methodically, anybody can get predictable, tangible results, without having to prescribe to any specific system or method.
